Applicant, James Beauchamp, on behalf of Park United Methodist Church at 49 State Street to demolish an existing detached garage, add a 4-foot metal picket fence, and construct an outdoor play area for the Kids Corner Child Day Care, which is operated and owned by the applicant. 45 State Street, 118 Broad Street, and 20 Park Street are also owned by Park United Methodist Church and are additional subject properties on this application.
