All members of the public are expected to conduct themselves in a proper manner. Any derogatory, abusive or threatening statements will not be permitted. The Chair wil immediately rule such conduct out of oder and terminate any further comments. 1. Daniel Sweeney State there has been an uptick n paring ickets, sh received 4 tickets n th mail whe for dropping her daughter of 0 school in the moming. She would fk a resolution on avoiding tickets and on where a safe drop-off location coud be and also maybe implementing teachers assising with doing a safe hand-off from parents because students must be walked inside ofthe school for safety reasons 2. Brother Lamar Willams- Stated there is hope fo young people in th city of East Orange. Thanked Mayor Green, ‘Councilman Mork & Counciman Awe or the homelessness initiative started in the Gt of East Orange in 2020. Also shared hs personal homeless testimony of being homeless for 3 years. Thanked the city coun fr adressing the Homeless issue in East Orange, and stated homelessness is a serious issue that needs continued focus fom the city of East Orange.
