RATE STATEMENT • This is a Special Meeting of The East Orange Board of Water Commissioners. • The East Orange Board of Water Commissioners was established in July 1, 1909. • The East Orange Board of Water Commissioners establishes water and sewer rates for customers of the East Orange Board of Water Commission. • The East Orange Board of Water Commissioners assumed responsibility for the Operation, Management and Maintenance of the East Orange Sewer System on December 1, 1995. • The East Orange Board of Water Commissioners assumed responsibility for the East Orange Storm Drainage System on May 1, 2004.
