Proposed deletions are shown with strikethrough and proposed additions are underlined. Section III.A (as amended): Commission Secretary shall be responsible for and shall keep track of membership terms and expiration dates and verify this information with the Municipal Clerk annually; maintain a list of members and alternate members and their contact information. The Commission Secretary shall forward member names and contact information to the Association of New Jersey Environmental Commissions (ANJEC) annually, and ensure that the Commission’s annual ANJEC dues are paid. The Commission shall annually consider renewal of ANJEC membership and authorize payment of dues. If renewal is approved, the Commission Secretary shall complete the administrative steps necessary for membership renewal. All agendas, minutes and resolutions, if not kept in full in meeting minutes, shall be submitted in hard copy by January 30th the following year to Municipal Clerk for permanent record keeping.�
