The noice for this meeting was emailed to the West Orange Chronicle and the Star Ledger on January 9, 2026 Roll Call - Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman Williams and Council President Scarpa ‘Councilwoman Rudin arived aftr oll call. Councilwoman Casalino was in route. Pledge of Allegiance Public Comment “There was no one else who wished to be heard, and the public comment potion of the agenda was closed Resolutions) Removed from Consent Agends 3126 Resolution Authorizing an Executive Session or the purpose of discussing maters falling within the attomey-client privilege, o the extent tha confidentiality is required in order for the attomey to exercise his ethical duties to this body; and for the discussion of matters which, by express provision of federal law, sate statute, or rule of court are required to be rendered confidential, specifically including: Affordable Housing: Redevelopment of 25 Lakeside Avenue and 55 Lakeside Avenue; and any additional matters of attorney-client privileged information that may arise during discussion. On motion made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Council President Scarpa, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” On motion made by Councilwoman Williams and seconded by Councilman Kakoviak, the Council recessed their public meeting and entered into an executive session.
